GENERAL INFORMATION
Registration is required in order to participate in the EMPC 2009 Conference.
There are Three Convenient Ways to Register to EMPC 2009.

REGISTRATION FEES:

* A copy of the student card or other proof of the status has to be sent to the Secretariat (Pragma Congressi, by e-mail segreteria@empc2009.org or fax +39 (0)382 304892) together with the registration form.
Please note that the Conference fee does not include hotel accommodation.

** Includes IMAPS ITALY membership fee for the period june-december 2009

Note for authors:
At least one author (oral/poster) has to register for each paper in order to publish it in the Abstract book and in the proceedings (on CD). All paper presenters must register and pay by March, 31st. The complete paper must be sent by April 15th.

CONFERENCE FEE INCLUDES:
Opening Ceremonies, Welcome Reception, Access to technical Sessions, Exhibition Area Access, Breaks and Lunches, Abstract book, Proceedings CD-ROM, Conference kit, Certificate of attendance.

PAYMENT OF THE CONFERENCE FEE:
Participants are requested to send the full payment of the conference fee together with the registration form, enclosing a copy of the bank transfer or filling in the credit card form below. Payment should be made in euros. (see below for all the bank details )

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICIES
All cancellations should be made in written form and sent to the Conference Secretariat by May, 15th .All refunds are subject to € 50,00 processing fee. Refunds will be processed only after the end of the Conference. After May, 15th  the registration fee is not refundable, but substitutions are acceptable.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE AND RECEIPT
All participants will receive a certificate of attendance and the receipt for their payments at the conference desk.

Admission to the exhibition is free

ACCOMMODATION
Comfortable accommodation will be arranged in three and four star hotels by filling in the accommodation form. Reservations will be guaranteed and confirmed only after having received a credit card for booking guarantee.
Participants are kindly requested to choose the hotel category. Hotel details will be sent together with the confirmation of the registration (look for “Hotel Area” on the map)
For hotel accommodation you are requested to send with the accommodation form a credit card number as a guarantee only. It is not necessary to leave a deposit, but in case of no-show the hotel will charge on your credit card a fare of one night. Participants will pay the hotel directly upon checking out.
